This should include cautions about:

- reduced note traceability set if the anchor is too early;

- reduced indistinguishability if the anchor selection strategy is too different from everyone else;

- risk of invalidation due to rollback if the anchor is too recent.

It should point out that these also apply (well, except the last) to the case where both input notes are dummies.
